1. IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE ORDERED GOODS?
Yes, within 14 days from the delivery of the goods it is possible to return an item and change it or receive a refund.
2. HOW DO I SUBMIT THE RETURN PROCEDURE?
Simply create the request by selecting the products to be returned in the order summary of your user area, print the RMA and insert it into the package to be returned. The shipping of the return is paid by the customer. The customers can choose to ship the return as they like, by courier or post office.
3. ARE ALL ITEMS SUITABLE FOR RETURN?
Yes. The products to be returned must necessarily comply with the conditions described in item 14 of the “Terms and Conditions” page, otherwise it will not be possible to proceed with the refund.
