Highly detailed 1:4 scale cutaway model of Porsche's first air-cooled flat-six engine: the famous 901/911 from 1963-1965. These early engines were fitted with individual Solex carburetors, centrally lubricated camshafts and mechanical Pierburg fuel pumps. The highlight of this display piece is the Pierburg pump, made up of 11 individual components, giving an extremely realistic representation of this rare and classic Porsche engine.

Made in the UK, set in a high-quality solid wood frame and coated with anti-reflective Artglass®. Our display pieces are made using a combination of high-precision resin 3D printing, CNC machining and hand fabrication. Each cutaway engine model is made up of up to 80 individual components, each of which is individually manufactured, post-processed, airbrushed and hand-assembled. No detail is too small to consider: even the fixing nuts are designed to be identical to the originals.
